I feel as though my summer has been unproductive. Although I did go on vacation and I plan to leave very soon for another vacation, I feel as if I havec not done anything productive. It has to be one of the most confusing things as to how I have done so much yet none of what I have done feels productive. So I sit pondering the feats that I may have accomplished with the coming of summer and I am coming up short. Well everyone, have a nice summer!
#95 Reading a Good Book
One of my more favorite things to do but I guess it is going in the number ninety-five spot.
Books allow your imagination to wander. The only thing that ruins a good book is if there is a movie made about it. The movie kind of ruins the images that you have made of the characters, that is my only pet peeve.
Absence
Sorry for my absence from the cyber world. School has just got out and my family and I went on a trip. That was super fun!
But my absence from “Don’t You Think” inspired a new topic which is absence. You never realize what you had until it is gone. Things such as friend. If you don’t talk for some time and then you talk to them again it is just weird. The gap has widened and you find yourself in an awkward conversation after catching up. It hurts when your friend has totally taken a new view on life and has just decided to throw it away. Meaning drugs and alcohol. I mean somehow she passed last school year with a B but that isn’t the point. That change just is shocking.
#96 Watching the Stars
Watching the stars at night is just so relaxing, you can make you own constellations or point out already made constellations. What’s even nicer is when you get sleep outside, so when you are just drifting off to sleep, your last view for that night is the stars. This is what consists of my summers. I sleep outside in a tent, look through the top, and watch the stars. I love astronomy and this just fascinates me how these stars can be billions of light years away and yet we still see the light that they give off even though some of the stars are long gone. It would be even better view them from a hammock and sleep there, but I don’t own one so a tent is good. Well, that is number ninety-six! Remember to post possible ideas for the list, what is the best smallest little thing you can think of?
Being My Own Person
Middle school I thought you had to what everyone else was, so I tried and I failed. I was quiet and nothing really mattered. In high school I can be my own person. I can be who I want to be without jurisdiction except for those few people. I love being my own person and I like being able to actually talk to people and not freak out when speaking in front of a class. I am my own person and it is amazing. It ‘s hard to remember that but I must forge on and you should the same. Any rough patches just smooth them over and every thing should be alright.
#97 Springtime
Springtime is when the world is abundant with blooming flowers, caterpillars, and then newly formed butterflies. Springtime is new and refreshing after the winter months when trees were lifeless. Spring is just refreshing and I guess that is why springtime has made it onto the list. Well, enjoy.
Simplicity
Sometimes life feels so simple. Get up. Walk forward and don’t look back. Do your daily chores. Go to bed. Sometimes that simplicity is what we need though. If you feel stressed just think about the simple things. It helps me.
